He sees potential issues and adjusts as they arise, not two weeks later when it is too late and valuable time is lost. We built our home mostly from afar. They encouraged us to have status meetings and facetime meetings on a regular basis. The accounting process was clear and transparent throughout. Coastal Development has an online tool that is visible to us, their vendors, and their team so that there is no lack of communication or miscommunication. Everything is documented, all change orders are visible, and timelines are updated regularly. We would wholeheartedly encourage anyone to take the time to meet with the team and see how trustworthy they are and what great professionals you can have as part of your team in creating your dream home.

When we moved into our new home built by Coastal Development Partners, we knew we had bought a quality-built house. We have since been pleased to learn that our builder’s commitment to us didn’t end with our purchase. The people at Coastal have gone out of their way to ensure that our relationship is an ongoing one. They have been quick to respond any time we’ve had a question, a maintenance issue, or an interest in enhancing our home. For instance, they designed and constructed an outdoor built-in grill area for us, nearly a year after we’d moved in. And when the time comes to add features to the guest suite in our carriage house, we will definitely call on Coastal. It’s nice to feel such confidence in a builder!
